Once enrolled in Triton's Proactive Maintenance Program we will maintain workstations on a pro-active basis. We will always be on call and you will get priority service over alla carte (brake Fix) customers. We will monitor your backups at no extra cost and come onsite once a month for pro-active onsite maintenance. Maintenance includes but is not limited to: · Check systems hardware (is the cpu and memory adequate for the user) · Remove unwanted programs from start up · Check/implement backup procedure if necessary. · Clean temp folders/cookies and registry · Check event-log for problems · Run defrag if necessary · Make sure system has legitimate anti-virus protection (and that is up to date) · check that the system has and is the most recent windows updates · Make sure restore points are being created. · Make sure system is protected from power surges/loss. · Clean System fans, ducts, and cables. Clean the keyboard and they monitor and check for loose connections and make sure cabling is neat and organized. Please call 410-987-4208 for more info.
